Bianca Pacheco-Mayberry is an associate attorney at Schaleger Philpott, PC., practicing exclusively in the area of juvenile law. She is committed to being a compassionate attorney, understanding that her clients face unique and difficult circumstances.
Bianca graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno, where she earned her B.A. in political science with a minor in criminology. She earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2019, where she served as a research assistant in arbitration matters.
As a law student, she externed at the Oregon Court of Appeals to the Honorable Darleen Ortega and later served as an intern at the ACLU of Oregon in Portland, Oregon. As an intern, she conducted research on issues such as students’ rights, inmates’ rights, and discrimination. After law school she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay McAlpin at the Lane County Juvenile Justice Center, where she developed her in-depth understanding of juvenile law.
When Bianca is not in the office or in court, she enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband and yelling at her favorite football team, the Chicago Bears. Although she often misses the California sunshine, she appreciates the tranquility and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
