Position Title

Associate Lawyer

Tori joined Schaleger Philpott as an associate attorney practicing in the area of juvenile law in October of 2022. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Legal Studies. After working for a few years in Colorado, she left her home state to attend Lewis & Clark Law School where she graduated with her J.D. in May of 2022.

While in law school, Tori served on the boards of Animal Law Review and National Lawyers Guild. She spent a summer in New Orleans working in capital appeals, and then worked in diverse areas in Portland such as victim advocacy, employment discrimination, and civil rights. Upon graduation from Lewis & Clark, she earned a Certificate in Criminal Law & Justice for her dedication to a well-rounded understanding of various criminal law issues.

In her free time, Tori enjoys escaping to the beach and exploring all that the PNW has to offer. She's on a mission to seek out the best boba tea in Portland and can always be found discussing a new book with her friends.
