{"id":90,"date":"2020-07-29T15:19:48","date_gmt":"2020-07-29T22:19:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schalegerphilpott.com\/?p=90"},"modified":"2020-10-27T11:29:04","modified_gmt":"2020-10-27T18:29:04","slug":"i-will-be-forever-grateful","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schalegerphilpott.com\/2020\/07\/29\/i-will-be-forever-grateful\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;I will be forever grateful.&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was in prison.\u00a0\u00a0Everyone, even some family members, told me I would never get my children back and that I should agree to let someone else adopt them.<\/p>\n<p>Rebecca told me there is a time to negotiate a settlement and a time to fight, and this was my time to fight.\u00a0 I believed in her and she believed in me.<\/p>\n<p>Through some amazing lawyering in a rough trial, she convinced a Judge to give me another chance.\u00a0 I am out of prison now.<\/p>\n<p>My kids are coming home to me and I get to be a Dad.\u00a0 It wouldn\u2019t be happening without her knowledge of the system, and her willingness to believe in a man and see the potential that no one else could see at the time.<\/p>\n<p>I will be forever grateful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E.
